I have nothing to say about the product. It does what is says it does and it does it very well. Unfortunately, the support, which used to be almost instantaneous has now disappeared - gone - zero! I had a simple problem, I swapped my hard drives into a newer macPro, not realising that Boom2 would not recognise the new computer.
So, because I love the product and because I have 2 more Macs I want to install it on, I purchased a further x 2 licenses and sent an E-Mail to support asking them to release the old activation code. Three E-Mails later - no response at all. I also use Viola, now Capto and both products are top of the line but without backup service I shall start to look elsewhere.
